As an administrator, I like the ease of use of the platform and the ability to change my role meaning I can be a learner, an administrator as well as a leader.

How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.

The fact that a drop down box functionality doesn't exist with regards to organizational units / hierarchies (is being looked into at least).

The knowledge growth average is 13. What other learning method can give me this kind of data, keep learning fun, and engage a diverse tech workforce.

The customer service and support teams have been phenomenal - we can get a person on the phone within just minutes if needed, and support tickets are responded to almost immediately.

Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization.

After having problems with my account at the very busy conference, one person who helped me greeted me by name the next day in the halls.

I like Axonify a whole bunch, and I'm struggling to think of a con.

No matter where you use axonify it has an annoying lag time & it's a bit time-consuming to looked up several different parts even in just a single department.

We are still just a few weeks from launch but I find the training tool easy to use and the interface is easy to understand and not visually cluttered.

Our rollout has been a huge success, with over 90% participation and positive feedback from our employees.

The way Axonify has transformed from a microlearning platform to a more robust learning tool as been upmost helpful to adapt costly in-person courses to short eLearnings.

Not only for the learners but the software gives the content creators a platform that helps guide them from start to finish.

The rewards feature is another big draw, though we are developing our own reward and recognition system and haven't yet used the built-in features.

At this stage, I am challenged to identify any negative issues with the software.

I love the transparency of the organization - their successes, sidetracks, and the generosity of everyone on the team at Axonify. They are in a hot market, and are navigating the growth with grace.

Having had NO prior experience with this type of software (let alone setting it up), I would have benefited GREATLY from training (live or e-learning) rather than  walking through the steps via WebEx.

Its a great tool that keeps the knowledge fresh...also provides leaders a snapshot of what's working and where they can help improve the results.

The game mechanics are solid - the gameplay and leaderboard have been hugely motivating to our employees and people truly enjoy logging into the platform each day.

Overall my experience has been positive, and I'm thrilled to be working with this platform.

A create tool to disseminate content through microlearning. Very user friendly and powerful reporting features.

Companies want to know that when they invest in training for their people, those people will for remember it long after the training is delivered. Axonify can meet that challenge.

As for the end user experience, the software is incredibly easy to use.

I like that you can check facts pertaining to your job easily & quickly. You can use it on the computer or on your phone via app.

It even has an option to play games when you start a 'quiz' to help you process & retain information previously learned through 'Gnome.

I find the organization of the administrative tools intuitive and easy to use.

Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface and experience issues. The inability to bulk upload content means entering content is tedious.

The support team has also been very helpful in supporting our use of the platform, always ready to answer our queries.

I love that even though it is a good enough platform that it was my first choice when I was choosing an LMS, they have not stopped innovating.

DigitalChalk provides a very good product at a great price.

Ability to deliver a course with an investment corresponding to the relative size of online education within our organization's overall mission.

I am stretching for this as a con, there are no other issues and this cost really isn't an issue to me now.

DigitalChalk has been an excellent turnkey solution for our organization in delivering content.

The chalkboard combination of video with slides is ingenious and easy to use without SCORM content creation software.

This learning management system makes schooling and learning more exciting, interesting and technically-fulfilling.

Very nice, very helpful - motivated and energetic people. When I have students drop, they take care of the refunds and fix problems very quickly.

Ability to obtain track status of learners, generate notifications, build courses with multiple formats and components. Of the options we reviewed, this was clearly the best for us.

It is by far my favorite LMS to date. Prior to my joining my current company, there was no LMS.

As a teacher, it helps me easily design and modify courses in a dynamic and interactive fashion that my students really enjoy.

Our lack of knowledge is ably mitigated by DigitalChalk.

We have received rave reviews from our students about how user friendly the system is. Kudos to Digitalchalk for producing a great product.

All employees have access from work or home or tablet or phone. They seem to enjoy the experience over all.

So, the Customer Service people are amazing. Easy to reach, they understand my problem/question, and go out of the way to help me find solutions.

The platform; however,  isn't always intuitive and can become very messy if you are unsure about what you're doing.

Ease of use and support from staff have been great. I think it is a great solution that allows companies to get set up quickly without a lot of the complexities with other systems that I've used.

The system makes sure that the teacher and student are taken care of, by proactively identifying what will be needed and having it ready. Above all the customer service is FANTASTIC.

I also like the real-time reports that this software generates.

Customer support was great, and there is a learning curve for this. Adding video and text modules was very straight forward.

We've been using digital chalk for several years now, and they have a great product that is easy to use, and great customer service to boot.

Giving tests and quizzes are as easy as monitoring the students' growth and performance.

We have a limited team here that deals with our tech issues and questions. We have relied on J and Adrian so many times, I have lost count.

I liked the ease of use, the fact that I could build the program out myself.

Simple reports on the courses purchased are easy to generate for our accounting team to appropriately credit the revenue to the right program.

Inability to generate reports summarizing quiz/evaluation results (aggregate across learners).

User-friendly lms with outstanding customer service and technical support.

The one major thing I disliked was the setup fee.

The test component of courses is somewhat limited, in terms of offering multiple attempts, innovative item types, multimedia, or even answer string reports to diagnose poor functioning questions.
