Pros
- This product is one of the easier to use for long term care billing that I have used in past. Customer support is amazing.
- If we have any questions, they are answered, and answered timely. Great options for uploading documents and growth capability.
Cons
- I dislike that the add ons are so expensive and thus we don't have most of them. I dislike care assist but I also disliked the previous MAR setup.
- It's quite frustrating because it happens often.
Pros
- The best thing about this product from an inpatient hospice standpoint is the ability to document in the Agency Front Office via the internet site.
- The support we have received from the Brightree team during our training and implementation process has been great.
Cons
- This integration is critical in the areas of disease management, telemedicine, and data analytics. The scheduling component is by far the weakest area of the Brightree EMR product.
- System is not very easy to customize, and if you need a custom report, it is very expensive to have done. They will not let you self host their platform, which makes data access very difficult.
