Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • AutoPilot is an amazing piece of software, it just works and works well. They achieve exactly what they promise and it is a joyful user experience.

  • I like the ease of use with this software. It is easy to toggle between searching formats and to find customers.

  • Cons

  • The integrations are great but I wish they had even more! A Drift integration and Stripe integration would be huge.

  • UI can be difficult to navigate between journeys. Statistics page is nice, but also difficult to get the whole picture when running multiple journeys. Difficult to measure a A/B split.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that this software is easy to use and is very versatile. The ability to save a new template is a huge plus. We use this product at least once a month.

  • The customer service is always great and very responsive. I like the pre-made templates that come prebuilt.

  • Cons

  • The software can be a little clunky at times but overall it's really easy to set up and send emails effectively.

  • We are very happy with it. Probably would like more templates that fit with who we are. I wish the testing feature would tell us more about what is wrong with the coding in our offer.
