- I love Autopilot journeys and campaigns. I like the way how you onboard new users.
- I loved how easy it was to create a campaign and get a feel for what was going to happen and when. A fantastic tool for starting out.
Cons
- The software needs more integrations to be built. Right now they integrate with very limited number of applications which can be a challenge syncing data across platforms.
- After contacting AutoPilot multiple times, they refused to acknowledge how ridiculous this was. Instead they recommended to.
Pros
- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
