I am using Bigin from last few months and it is one of the best CRM.

Its quality product at cheapest cost. And very user friendly app.

The thing I like the most about BIGIN as how it easily integrates a sales pipeline with CRM. The software is very easy to use and it looks god as well.

The perfect CRM when you're too big for a spreadsheet and don't need one of the behemoths.

I enjoy that I can enter people quickly and see where they are. Because it is simple, I can keep it current with my prospects and the stage at which they are.

No automated lead allocation is something I hated most.

I loved having the full featured free trial to completely test things out before making a purchase.

Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own.

We have had a great experience with Bigin, it was a great alternative while lowering our costs. It offers a great value for the money we pay for it.

The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do.

Love that I can customize workflows, and store e-mail templates to reduce the time cost of doing everyday things with more precision.

I don’t like the fact you can’t message everybody , they have to be following you on order to send a message.

It's super easy to engage with other users, and our followers can have almost instant access to our support team.

There not being an edit tweet button makes things a lot worse too for me. If something is wrong with a tweet i sent from my businesses account, i have to delete it.

I believe that the pandemic and the social and economic problems ended up aggravating these conditions.

I like to read up to the minute updates on my sports teams. A lot of companies run their new promo's through Twitter also, which is fun to read.

I dislike the constant software updates on Twitter and the Direct Message features are blocked for some people.

I use Twitter to grow a pipeline and do marketing and it has been very effective for both. Very easy to use and the community is very active.

I have been frustrated with the way I feel that information is scrubbed and censored. I would prefer to be able to make my own decisions about what content I see and read.

I think the worst part about twitter would have to be the character limitation.
