- I really love how cloud campaign is set up like a calendar and it is very easy to see if your client has approved or disapproved of the posts you created.
- The analytics and reporting features give great insight that allow you to organically improve your reach.
Cons
- If you accidentally schedule a post at the wrong time, you can't edit the time. You have to duplicate the post and then delete the one with the incorrect time.
- Frequents failures to post to Twitter, inability to export content library, and lack of 2-way alerts to clients re: post approval comments can be frustrating.
Pros
- It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.
- I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.
Cons
- It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.
- If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.
