Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
  • The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
  • This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
  • Cons

  • The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
  • Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
  • We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.

  • Pros

  • ConvertKit has excellent support and guidance. It is interesting to receive regular emails from them with suggestions, recommendations and guidance for building my email business successfully.
  • Convertkit is really easy to set up and one of the best tools if you are a Marketer. This has lots of good features in the Free Version itself and also gives you a limit of 1000 subs.
  • Convert kit is amazing for bloggers who are in need of a great email marketing tool. I love their automation feature which let you set up multiple email automations for different subscriber groups.
  • Cons

  • He then got pushy in the emails for me to deal with the problem immediate - which I couldn't do.
  • There are areas that don't autosave and I have lost content as a result.
  • I was previously using Aweber and needed to switch after an as-yet-unexplained technical glitch did realy damage to a product launch.
