Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
  • The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
  • This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
  • Cons

  • The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
  • Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
  • We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.

  • Pros

  • Every time if there's an issue, their team is always on top of it. The breakdown of stats is very nice and we love how helpful they are when it comes to making sure our delivery is 100.
  • Sendlane is the nice email automation tool I have ever used. It has the nice email sequence features mainly for Shopify, and has the rich accessibility.
  • The automations are amazing. Very easy to set up and looks after my customers automatically which leaves me free to do other things for my business.
  • Cons

  • They just updated their price and it kinda sucks, so that's the only place they lost points.
  • Not always that intuitive to use. Software can be a bit confusing at times.
  • No where in the contract does it state that the articles and and any information that you are provided to navigate is out of date.
