This may not be Contact Monkey's fault and may be limited to the ISP information they receive. Nonetheless it is a problem.

What i like most about this software is how user friendly it is as well as the customer support, always there when you need them.

Now I have no idea which e-mail that specific person is looking at.

Does not work, messes with outlook, needs constant restarting. Stores no data, been in contact with support for a month  and no fix has been made.

Contact Monkey did exactly what I needed it to do and was easy to learn and use, this software is popular with all of my friends and acquaintances who handle mailing lists, tracking, and more.

Great visibility into sent emails and further actions,  handy dashboards with simple and clear statistics. Very helpful when working with prospects to trigger a call and another action.

We needed a mail merge and email tracking (opens, links clicked etc) that is fully integrated with Office365. This product works great.

Super easy to install, get up and running and productive. If you need an email tracking system for Office365 this is a great solution.

The icons are in the right places and I can navigate the add on with ease. I use it everyday and hope that  the updates continue to evolve as Salesforce does.

When I emailed them to say I was irritated by this and that they should send reminders/invoices I received a response saying they had cancelled my subscription and refunded me in full.

I have been using it for 7 + years. It is amazing and fun at the same time.

Good at keeping track of emails and see what efforts are working with prospects. I like that I can see what they open and how often.

Only complaint I have is how it tracks opens when sending a single email to multiple contacts.

For my use, it's been the best investment we can think of. Being able to see when people are reviewing your emails is key to determining whether your message is getting across.

Get stuck in between so have to restart outlook many times.

Does exactly what we need it to at a good price.

I've started and stopped Contact Monkey twice now. The software is great, big help from customer support when needed, and it gave me great insight into my sales prospecting.

I love that you can integrate with SalesForce and outlook or even perform gmail merge emails.

The reports are crisp clean and easy to understand. Support and the videos were very good especially for a very low price.

Contact Monkey has gorgeous, built-in HTML templates and its insight into email activity is amazing.

It gives great visibility and has allowed me to connect with many more prospects than I otherwise could have. Great software, and for a great price.

I like the analytics - being able to search by subject and time frame is a nice feature that helps in following up on sales campaigns.

I like that I can see who has opened my emails and when and who has not. I also like to see what my best performing subjects of all time are.

I like that you can track emails and see the stats on a weekly daily basis. It is easy to use and our whole team likes it.

Overall simplicity is great and when I do a large emailing, I like that it generates a % of how many were opened and I can track who actually looked at my email.

First off, I love how simple this is to use. Then it's great with how useful this is. I use it constantly after sending proposals to prospects.

I don't have to go into a separate program to send emails, I can send them directly from my Outlook application in a matter of minutes. Great solution and incredible customer support.

When it stopped working, customer service is no where to be found after paying for an annual subscription.

I love the ability to create different templates for various types of communications. The ability to customize and include branding for a uniform and official look is great.

Love the way it integrates with Outlook. Has sidebar notifications that show sent emails, none of my other trials showed this.

Tracking my opens and clicks is the most obvious feature that I like. It is very user friendly also.

Gmail is not always user-friendly and can be confusing to navigate. For people who are not computer-savy, it may take a while to adjust to it.

This products allows you to share contact information across different Gmail and GSuite accounts, as well as share images.

It has become an integral tool that we use daily to ensure efficient running of our team and A+ customer support and I intend on using it as long as I am in business.

No e-mail stating this was not possible, nothing, no response whatsoever. Multiple e-mails have been sent and over 2.5 months have passed with only crickets in return.

Easy to use software that does something that should be table stakes for GSuite as they encourage enterprise use of their products.

Shared Contacts for Gmail has really made it not only possible for us to share Google Contacts, but it is extremely easy to use.

I deed helpful with organizing emails and frequently used contacts. Which on a daily us do useful and huge time saver.

I was able to share my contacts with my colleagues and family for a low price, but in the end I ended up just assigning a few assistants to my gmail contact for free.

The UI is a partially a little confusing and - even though it is build on Material UI components - seems a little outdated.

My overall experience has been a very positive one. This software is so easy to use you don't even realize you are using it anymore.

Regularly, contacts disappear of our lists, we don't know why. Also, it generate duplicate addresses all the time.

It is essential to be able to have everyone's demographics in an easy to find format. I especially like the NOTES section since I frequently have more data to save than I have spaces for.

Nobody at the helpdesk advises us of problems.

Fantastic, if we ever had technical issues they were quickly resolved by the support staff.

This software is very helpful in my job as it seamlessly allows  me to share important contacts with my coworkers.

Moreover I would love to go out of my way to say, I love it so much that I am still using the same GMAIL account/ shared features which I created 20 Years Ago as a kid.

There was nothing that we don't like about this software.
