Meaning whenever had to be sent out, you will have to fire up a Windows 7 virtual machine that was solely used, to send out marketing emails.

They have a great on-boarding process and team supporting the launch/transition. When issues have come up they are very quick to resolve them.

The only thing I dislike about Dotmailer is that when sending an email to a specific group of contacts you are unable to choose another group of contacts to exclude from the send.

Love the segmentation and automation features. Haven't used the new preferences section but that also looks like it will be helpful to our marketing.

Our dotmailer contact is very responsive and fast when we have questions--sometimes she answers within 3 minutes. That level of customer help is great.

There was not much support when it came to automation. I set up an automation that the service rep said looked correct, but it does not work the way it needs to.

Rank tracker in particular has been a source of frustration, with the feature just not working at all for weeks.

The Moz bar sometimes does not show data many times or creates loading errors for a few of the websites.

What I like about Moz is that you can get a lot of meaningful insights for more than just one website. Things like that can really help you boos your site's performance, even without paid ads.

The complaint I would make against Moz is the same one I would make against SEM Rush: These are tools that seem to be made for IT/web developers more than marketing directors.

The platform is very simple and straight forward. I would recommend this tool for business owners with a small budget.

There are so much keyword data and graphs that sometimes it may be confusing to analyze the volume and priority scores.

If push comes to shove, you may choose SEM Rush for its breadth of data, but then berate yourself for losing the user-friendliness of Moz.

With good support articles, help section, and support they know what they're doing and want your site to succeed.

It can be somewhat limited in its results. At some points, it did not show results/data for some of the keyphrases I input.

The rich knowledge base and community will help you find answers to the most common SEO problems and questions as well as help you discover the most recent market developments.

The moz bar tool is an awesome extension that enhances SEO analysis throughout the work day, and the weekly performance emails are useful tracking progress.

Tracking of customer search engine optimization is quite easy in Moz. It allows us to deliver great value to our customers.

I love it just wish it came with a smaller price tag.

The best is the keyword analysis, which helps to find out your competitor's keywords and the website ranking. There is also a link explorer, on-page optimization, site crawl, etc.

My overall experience with Moz local is bad. I will not use it again.

I love their keyword tracker - it's really easy to use. Since its most recent update, Moz's link explorer is now one of the best and boasts one of the largest link databases in the industry.
