  • Pros

  • If you sell a lot of different types of products and customers, Drip's ability to help you segment people automatically is amazing.
  • Also the unlimited tags and the easy integration with Salesforce and Zapier is important for me. Support is usually fast, friendly and competent.
  • Drip has outstanding customer service, an intuitive and easy to identify interface, and unmatched features.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to use - Extremely slow and poor customer service - Dubious pricing model.
  • Integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is extremely bad.
  • The 'error please refresh' message is constantly appearing. After copying and pasting or trying to set up a hyperlink, the site often freezes.

  • The pricing is super fair and the customer service is excellent. Ve compared textedly with a lot of other services in its range and by far I prefer and trust it for needs.
  • Textedly is VERY user friendly. An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.
  • Incredibly easy to use marketing tool- Amazing value. Spoke with the customer service, she was very nice and helped me chose just the right package for my company.
  • Cons

  • Ive sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks and still havn't heard back. Guess i just take the Loss and Hope nobody else has to deal with this shitty service.
  • It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
  • The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
