I have really enjoyed using emfluence and even with the template created, it's a really great platform and tool to use.

The platform is user friendly and provides a very detailed help section that allows you to quickly figure items out.

The only con would be that I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for at times, but I would consider that more of a user error than a flaw in the system.

I can't think of anything I don't like right now.

Sending/scheduling email campaigns is a big part of what I do, this platform has been the best sidekick throughout the process, hands down.

Emfluence cares about what the users want and implement changes according to what the clients want. Customer service is amazing.

I like the ease of use with this platform. It's really all about making the experience simple and easy which is great.

This may be because i use a template in Emfluence, but i've had trouble creating dividers in the template the way it was set up. Again, could simply be because of the template or user error.

We change that up constantly. Their seminars are well worth the money.

The beautiful part for us is that emfluence keeps making the system better and better. We use social media planning, landing pages, surveys, google tracking, list scoring, modals, and personalization.

Overall, our brand enjoyed workign with Emfluence and trying to tackle as much as possible on one platform. While there are a few items we would prefer to use, overall it was a positive experience.

With the help of the Emfluence team, we were even able to target each individual market effectively and efficiently.

I like how easy to use the software is. It really takes the shotgun approach and has quite a bit of functionality for the package.

Value: there is a lot of competition in this space, but few solutions manage to find the sweet spot of Features and Functionality for a sensible price...emfluence does just that.

Email was simple to create and oversee all while enhancing the quality of what is being sent.

There are a few feature that other email platforms provide that we have requested. The customer services is great and very responsive.

It is hard to build templates and emails if you are not a software developer.

I have no knowledge of html, so a few of the advanced features were a little difficult for me to master.

Ease of use, compatibility, and the team we work with has been outstanding. Anything we ask for is done in a timely manner.

Brilliant platform that is easy to use and does everything we need it to.

The emfluence team is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Every feature and update is driven by a combination of customer feedback/requests and smart integrations with tools like Litmus and Yext.

Easy to have all of our email campaigns and social media management in one place. We haven't deployed their CRM Integration feature yet but we are excited to do so soon.

I love how user friendly this platform is. It's extremely intuitive and if you can't figure something out, there is an extensive help section that you can almost always find your answer.

Emfluence is an easy to use software that helps me to engage my prospect and clients that seems customized and personal so has drastically increased my level of communication with my contacts.

If you do have a question, Emfluence has excellent customer service that answers questions very quickly. They also developed better logic for their survey builder that has been very helpful for us.

It sounds like a good idea to seed your product with retail salespeople. Setup wasn't too difficult.

Some brands have codes to use, some you have to buy through expert voice, and its kind of obnoxious.

There is not an aspect of Expert Voice that our team dislikes.

I'm sorry, but this software doesn't have many perks. I do like that I can use it as a portal to learn extra things to implement at work about products.

This is simple to use and works great even on mobile devices. It was somewhat confusing for those who don't use it regularly; however, recent updates now make using it much more intuitive.

They're pretty active doing campaigns to their members, which benefits the whole platform. Their customer service is pretty quick to solve any issues.

Search function is difficult to use. There is no option to filter search results by brand.

Recent updates have help make this much more intuitive than the past. My only suggestion would be to revisit the search function.

The account management team is amazing and goes above and beyond. They're helpful, informative and teach best practices.

Teaches you things then quizes you if yiu pass yiu get some free items or a discount.

Credit card orders that fail after shipment is already sent.

Expect them to fail to meet KPIs and statement of work. We ended up at around 15% of the KPIs that we mutually set which were based on engagements and on products seeded.

Ease of use, the team at ExpertVoice I work with, exposure to Retail employees.

This was a great way to learn more about products while also taking advantage of great discounts.

Easy to navigate and also happy with all the support we get as well.

Definitely there are benefits and we do believe in EV and wish to continue in future.

As a brand I like that I can put deals out to people in the industries that deserve deals and can be influencers on a grass roots level.

Onboarding experts that have used EV for other brands, confused between signing up or signing in.

The customer support, and help getting started was phenomenal, and made things very easy. Since then, they have shown that they still care about us and what is happening in our business.

They have a great interface to use and I've had great experiences with several orders.

ExpertVoice makes it easy to get our brand and products into the hands (and minds!) of experts, whose recommendation is instrumental in driving trial and growth for our brand.

We do get rave reviews from many of the experts that have bought and used our product, so that part is good. Our product is highly specialized with unique performance and aesthetic qualities.

Parternship with EV is non-negotiable for a natural CPG brand in my opinion.

This is a completely ineffective tool. They are unable to target retailers they claim.
