Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
Pros
- The UI is very good and it provides clear reporting and billing. We regularly use this for SMS, Email marketing campaigns.
- The best thing about Infobip is its customer support and service. They help in integration and other required process.
Cons
- It was to prevent spam but it felt too restrictive. Additionally, the 2FA options to login to their portal is only via text message SMS, without the option to authenticate via OTP.
- Sometimes getting setup was a little tricky, as we needed to verify each sender ID before we were allowed to use this.
