Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
  • So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
  • Cons

  • Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
  • The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.

  • The ease of use of the setup, quality of audio/recording, console design and integration with Marketo are my top reasons to recommend ON24.
  • ON24's ability to integrate with our CRM and share engagement analytics is incredibly helpful from a customer support perspective. It paints a picture of what my customers are interested in.
  • Cons

  • Infrequent technical difficulties with firewalls and unique audience configurations are sometime difficult to overcome during a live webinar which annoy customers.
  • The onboarding for the system was horrible. There are several areas on this platform and with each section there is a different ON24 person to lead you through the process.
