Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that this software is easy to use and is very versatile. The ability to save a new template is a huge plus. We use this product at least once a month.

  • The customer service is always great and very responsive. I like the pre-made templates that come prebuilt.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes is can be cumbersome to edit, but better with the new editor. I do wish you could use the new editor even with using your own HTML-coded message.

  • The new email editor is a big improvement but still feels a bit clunky. I also wish there was an easier way to manage bounces - figure out why contacts are bouncing and resolve the problem.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Once set up it does not require maintenance

  • Super easy to setup and to manage. A lot of features in basic account.

  • Cons

  • Can't say much about the negatives. However, they may want to rationalize the pricing a bit. For small startups every cost matter.

  • Nothing! I love it! Cannot think of anything bad!
