The parameters of LinkedIn profiling can prove limiting (e.g. employee size, lack of turnover information).

The fact that they have a client portal with the different lead types (positive response, referral, and deferred interest) is really useful. They have good customer service also.

I find the platform really easy to use and understand, I like that it integrates with a CRM.

And as with all deep software apps, its takes time to get used to the interface and to get the data and reports needed but again, SoPro are very good at helping with that.
