I like how user-friendly it is and that it doesn't take too much time to train anybody to use. We're loving the new GMB integration and find it beneficial for our clients.

It often had problems where it would switch between dats or social media platforms. When this happens you can not just switch it over you have to start totally over and  it gets really annoying.

I feel it may be very intimidating for some. A lot of information is given on many platform through Soci and it can be confusing.

It helps that reviews are responded to so quickly. It helps us be effective at our jobs.

Takes a while to get used to it, and then some things make no sense to me, maybe to other users.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
