I still have not been able to get my text working though because of something on twilio's end so I had to hire an outside company. #### Reasons for choosing AestheticsPro I liked the documenting better. Anytime you have a support request, enhancement request or general questions, they are always responsive and knowledgeable. If they don't have an immediate answer, they get back to you in a timely manner. It's great that it's HIPPA compliance, and helpful with patient record management. For the price point, the software makes it attractive enough to stay with the company because of their constant innovations. #### Cons It's not the most suitable for general surgical clinics (i.e. hair restoration). Would be nice to have a bit more generalized surgical additional available. The iPad app also has glitches sometimes when it comes to formatting, which can reflect poorly when working with patients or even training our staff. I think I will lie it better when it is built out and I can start to see the functionality and use the EMR. #### Cons I could not hear some of the trainers. The training for some aspects was very fast. I had to rebuild the system and yesterdays training concentrated on administrative with staff. We were not able to go over any charting/evisit and escribe. #### Cons The trainer was slow and was not feeling well. We did not get through the training on charting at all. #### Reasons for choosing AestheticsPro A simplier experience and cost.
