We’ve had a fantastic experience working with AestheticsPro as our EMR and practice management platform at Arizona Health and Wellness Clinic. From a Security and Patient Record Management standpoint, the platform has helped us organize and streamline our operations while maintaining confidence in how patient information is managed across our clinic. Their Patient Management tools have also helped improve workflow efficiency for our team as we continue to grow our weight loss, regenerative health, and aesthetics services. One of the biggest strengths of AestheticsPro has been their Customer Support and willingness to collaborate with us. Their service team has been incredible to work with during integrations, customization of forms, workflow enhancements, and operational improvements. Cons:

Would still like a text marketing system. Maybe breaking down reports more would be nice however I may just need to retrain myself of those features.

Hearing from us as clients as to what needs to be improved and actually being taken into consideration and seeing the improvements sooner than later shows we are being heard

Cons:

Alot of click throughs for setting up new services , items . Such as when creating ne services , there should be a step by step to ensure everything is "turned on " like staff member to complete the service , are there forms to go along with this service , commission paid , will this service be available for online boking , etc .

How you constantly take out time to respond to the tickets and constantly hold webinars to educate us. Also the new UI is way better

Cons:

I really wish the UX can be improved tremendously. For example you can’t sign a filled form using the iOS app which I find very sad.

It was easy to catch onto. Help getting it up and running, which I needed since I’m not strong in the technology realm. Starting my own business I’m wearing all the hats, and they’ve made it so easy to get in touch with someone to walk me through the process. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great, literally calls within minutes to help get me the support I need.

Cons:

In order for paperwork to go through to a patient, they have to place who their cell carrier is. It’s always unmarked by patients. Changing this requirement or landing that the patient can’t move on until it’s filled out would help me stop having to chase people down to fill out forms they never received.

Price point. And boulevard keeps having malfunctions and you cannot use it for the entire day. I can’t have that happening with the frequency it was happening

LOVE the program. The aesthetics of the program. Ease of use. It's really comprehensive. We run a hair transplant practice using it.

Cons:

We're trying to create a referral program that doesn't really fit with what AP has. Jeffinfer, our rep, is going to think though and see if there's an option withing AP that might meet our needs.

The training sessions have been extremely helpful and informative. The team does an amazing job walking you through the platform step-by-step, making everything easy to understand and apply. Wish it had AI so i could make service packages and descriptions and I wish it had the booking link that didn't look like a long code.

Very informative and great customer support so far. We are looking forward to the patient management and charting usage.

Cons:

We dislike that the AP payments option does not accept/work with GLP-1 medication payments. That's a bit frustrating.
