  • Pros

  • Billing functionality is easy and robust compared with other EMR systems - Love It. Now interfaces with both top lab companies which makes ordering labs and receiving results seamless.
  • It is amazing to say the least. It's packed with great features that no one we demoed could offer, and they are always adding more features.
  • Very advanced, and complete EHR, easy to use EHR. Billing is great, great claim scrubber.
  • Cons

  • From our previous horrible EHR experience, we were terrified to move to another EHR. However, we had to move away from our previous EHR.
  • When I told them I was leaving, they tried to charge me a cancelation fee despite my long and recorded history of complaints of not being able to actually use the software.
  • When patients were able to login to the portal, from a computer only, the signed intakes did not port into the chart. I then had to print out copies for signature and keep hard copies in the office.

  • Ease of use, excellent value for the money, feature rich which allows it to expandable far beyond a basic booking engine and amazing support to boot.
  • The staff have been amazing- Very helpful and supportive. It has beeen a natural progression that was much needed.
  • This software is very easy to use, and the customer support is wonderful. I've tried other appointment reminder systems, and this one is far superior.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes I forget to “refresh” if an appointment has been cancelled or changed and the patient gets an incorrect reminder, but it’s a minor problem, but maybe this could become automatic.
  • My biggest complaint was that when the client replied it did not edit the text of the calendar to add their response but they coded that in the last update.
  • It took some time adjusting to the format and setting up the preferences, however now it runs in th4e background. There's very little I have to worry about.
