The patient portal did not work consistently, but when it does, the questionnaires port into the chart for ease of note integration without double entry.

This system is easy to use and navigate. The functions are straight forward and simple to figure out.

I give it a 10+ try it out I believe you will like not only the price but how easy it is to use.

Billing functionality is easy and robust compared with other EMR systems - Love It. Now interfaces with both top lab companies which makes ordering labs and receiving results seamless.

When I told them I was leaving, they tried to charge me a cancelation fee despite my long and recorded history of complaints of not being able to actually use the software.

I would absolutely not recommend this program due to it not working properly AND how long they took to address my concerns.

From our previous horrible EHR experience, we were terrified to move to another EHR. However, we had to move away from our previous EHR.

We're very happy with out choice and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Also templates are customizable though they do provide some standard templates. Adding macros/quick text is easy as well.

The person assigned to my account for setup was very nice as was the person who helped with demo. But the program itself did not function properly.

After reporting a dissatisfaction with the product within the first month of implementation, AllegianceMD billed my practice $3895.00 and refused even a partial refund for their inadequate product.

It is amazing to say the least. It's packed with great features that no one we demoed could offer, and they are always adding more features.

When patients were able to login to the portal, from a computer only, the signed intakes did not port into the chart. I then had to print out copies for signature and keep hard copies in the office.

Messaging function dont like cant organize patients by last name, that is how all medical practices organize patient files, osmind uses first name which makes no sense.

It truly is incredible, to show them their very own progress. As the creative integration director I couldn’t be happier to have our patients  use the journal feature.

I have multiple evidence based measures available that clients can complete as needed and I'm able to share their progress and results seamlessly.

We are geared towards a better System for integration so we do not have to utilize separate softwares for the items previously mentioned.

It is amazing to have a software platform specifically for those of us in the ketamine business. It contains all that we need without a huge amount of data that only crowds the space without impact.

One glowing example of this is an incident I had where a new patient I had yet to see in my clinic messaged the company with suicidal thoughts.

By the time I checked my phone hours later, everything was taken care of and turned out fine. The patient and their family were beyond grateful to me and to Osmind for the caring response.

The team behind the optimization is amazing, they listen to feedback, take in recommendations, and most of all work on reported issues right away.

You can tell that the team is working hard at improving Osmind. I also dislike the inability to send patient records to other providers directly.

The charting can do better. We use Osmind for our patients medical records, however, when printing, the tabs or clickable icons still show up making the print out look unprofessional.

Ease of access and simplicity. Very user friendly and straighforward.

I also love having my billing in one place as opposed to 3 different apps to complete the process. Lastly, the customer service and care that the Osmind team provides is top tier.

I especially like how responsive the support staff are when I suggest a feature, or have an issue.

Printable notes not easily readable and organized.

AllegianceMD allows patients to fill their history and demographics online as per the clinic’s predetermined parameters.
