M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

Horrible set up and scheduling is a joke. The scheduling is far from user friendly and the set up of the scheduling is awful.

I reccomend them to no one, if I was not in the situation I am in now, I would have been left. It messed up my financial balance horribly.

I recently switched from Nuemd because we were having a lot of problems both with claims and with their customer service.

That feature was very helpful across our practice since our verification and billing was a separate department than our scheduling and reception. Billing was no complicated and user friendly.

No one will talk to you everything is a battle with them.

Having a dedicate Client Relationship Experience Manger is one of our greatest investments with CollaborateMD.

This has been so user-friendly and such an easy transition and set up. We love this and would recommend it to everyone.

Because of the training I received, I feel very comfortable and confident using all sections of CollaborateMD by myself. I know if I ever have a question, support is there for me.

CMD is a billing system. If you are looking for a more robust scheduler and other enhancements you may be disappointed.

Collaborate works in sync with Practice Fusion, which is the electronic medical record side, and for the price, it is amazing software.

Collaborate is an easy to use software that is user friendly with many easy to navigate features. Many options on every reporting tab.

I like how easy the software is to maneuver. I also like how easy it is to grab proof of timely filing for claims.

It's easy to use, cloud-based, and the Dashboards and Reporting are the best, hands down.

Very easy on the eyes and very easy to train staff on in regards to the front office aspect of the software.

The interface does not pick up new insurances when patients have new cards. So the reimbursement EOB come back 'denied- patient no longer covered by this insurance.

Very poor customer support, everyone works remotely, so there is no coordination across departments.

It is easy to use and create custom reports of the weekly billing and collections, has plenty of features to create custom reports and is better now that it is web based.

I've always loved how user friendly the software is. It's easy on the eyes and navigating is a breeze.

I can't imagine any other billing software on the market today that is so easy to use and intuitive with this kind of professional support and customer service.

Collaborate MD is a billing software which is low cost and easy for people who are not the most computer savy to use.

I did have problems with setting up claims initially. Unable to check for insurance eligibility.

Up until CMD was bought, the customer service was amazing.

The fact that it freezes a lot and takes a while for it to start working again. Also, sometimes the reports would just stop working and not pull correctly for no reason.

I love the ability to print multiple charts at one time.

The programming is intuitive and each section of a patient's account, such as patient data and claim data, communicates together (which improves ease of use and decreases labor costs).

The implementation went very fast. The data entry took about 2 weeks because I was doing it alone, but since our providers only see about 30-40 patients a week, it wasn't horrible.

Too much frustration and confusion, and not enough integration with Practice Fusion.

The ease of use and the Help Section is soooo good if you need help with almost anything claims and payment posting issues.

Limited to one clearinghouse, does not have EHR included.

My CRM representative always makes sure that I succeed in all of my business transactions and has genuine concern for my business and me.

This is by far one of the most user-friendly software I have used. It very easy to use and navigate through all the options.

The UI is very easy to use and navigate. Meets all the needs i have.

Overall, the training was top-notch, the CollaborateMD program is easy to learn, easy to use, very affordable with excellent continued support and customer service.

We love that the reporting caters to the needs of our providers.
