Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is to use, very user friendly.

  • Big interface. User friendly. Not really a function it doesn't have. Customer service is fantastic.

  • Cons

  • Clicking and going from page to page is a little clunky, but expected. In my experience, all chiro EHR software has that "slower" feel to them. It's intuitive and very easy to use though.

  • There was initially difficulty downloading part of the software on my iMac. But the support staff was available and helped me work out these issues quickly.

  • Pros

  • The product is very easy to use and understand

  • The customer service is amazing. The reps are available, patient, and knowledgeable. I am able to do my own billing BECAUSE Kareo has such excellent customer service.

  • Cons

  • support is not timely but they are getting better. There are too many options in the HELP pull downs when you type in a topic

  • The Cons are not as negative as other issues. The program shuts down when an error occurs; yet nothing is ever loss.
