  • Pros

  • We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.
  • I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.
  • Cons

  • This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.
  • I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

  • Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.
  • Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.
  • Cons

  • Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.
  • The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.
