Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the support team that is available whenever I need help. They are always available and so friendly

  • I use this produce everyday for my job. Love that it is easy to document and essentially automated.

  • Cons

  • The software has glitches sometimes but the company is helpful on trying to figure them out.

  • I would like for a signature pad to be available and compatible with the program. With that we could truly be paperless. Also, while the upgrades are nice, there are always glitches with each release

  • Pros

  • It saves saves space and makes our office greener.

  • Very easy to use. Based on an iPad. Very intuitive. Staff likes using it also. Updates are say to get.

  • Cons

  • Initially, the PM side of the software was not as good as our prior system, but over time, the updates and changes have improved it greatly

  • I haven't found much not to like at this point! I guess the only problem is if the internet is down and I can't access the cloud. But otherwise it is working well.
