  • Pros

  • Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.
  • Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.
  • Cons

  • Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.
  • Poor integration with DICOM devices and systems.

  • This is a reliable, dependable, workhorse software that fills all the basic needs. It is one of the best billing programs around, the ease of use if there, and the updates are timely.
  • What I like most about ezbis software is the integration of the client with their consultations, providing a personalized way to each one's agenda, and in return, it streamlines our work.
  • Cons

  • Financial reports are unimpressive and often lack information. Sometimes a report will provide different values if you run it twice (same criteria).
  • I use three monitors and the pop up menus are un predictable and frustrating.
