Tech support is fast to respond. We like the ability to customize our exams to suit our needs.

Patient scheduling was good, but they seem to make it worse with updates. Spectacle POS better than original set-up.

Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth.

I like that you can auto populated 'positives' and that you can forward exam findings from last visit.

I am very pleased with the customer support teams they are very knowledgeable, courteous, and answer all questions in a very timely manner.

We have been with Compulink for over ten years. We have learned a lot from the friendly trainers and have always had excellent customer support.

The ridiculous thing about this software is that it's extremely complex, yet you can still only do one thing at a time.

First of all the price is one of the best and most affordable. The program can be easily customized to meet the needs of an individual user.

The biggest problem that compulink has is that lots of their software doesnt work.

Overall, this is a good product and would recommend it. Does have some issues off and on but is usually handled in an upgrade pretty quickly.

Additionally, it is inconvenient that for the text messaging Practice Watch, we can only have so many characters before it gets cut off and leaves our patients asking more questions.

Customer support has always been prompt and caring. Has been my best employee.

The ability to communicate with instruments and the quick way of populating fields on subsequent visits when nothing has changed is great. The fact that it prompts you for missing info is helpful.

We have used Compulink since 1994. The product is easy to use, covers all aspects of our optometry practice and their customer support is outstanding.

Their eprescribe function is woefully out of date, and their ICD 10 codes are incomplete. They are putting almost no money into keeping the system up to date and it really shows.

The flexibility and the functionality of the software is excellent.

Also the updates usually go very bad. One time all of our calendars went missing and we lost all our appointments.

My current struggle is with check out/ posting with discounts on packages.

I am uncomfortable with the form design as it is very technical.

Have to get out to correct error when billing.

We have been very happy with the ease of use and ability to customize. The support throughout the years has been top notch.

I love how I was able to work with my trainer to customize the software for my preferences. I love the email and text options as well as the patient portal.

This software is decent and affordable for those who don't have a large budget. I think there are better options out there but at a higher cost.

The cost of the product is probably higher than others on the market but in this arena I think you get what you pay for.

The integration of the EHR, PM, and optical was the biggest draw to the software. It is easy for our staff to learn, and integrates with most software we want it to integrate with.

Sometimes crashes for no reason, system can sometimes run slowly, cannot upload pictures directly into the software from ipad or other devices, must pay for other systems to integrate with software.

We are confident they will continue to be the best solution in the future as we grow from a medium organization into a large organization.

I have loved working with the software... it is easy to use, easy to train folks on, and easy to customize.

The customer service is useless and billing is a nightmare. The company is run incredibly poorly.

All systems have their glitches and technical difficulties which can be annoying at times.

The ability to customize Compulink combined with it's comprehensive functionality make this product the leader in Optometric EHR. Easy to use and easy to train.

Complicated, hard to understand, initial training is mimimal, & expensive to continue. Was so disappointed in the process of it.

Compulink is a very easy to learn and intuitive program.

We have only had Sevocity in our office for a few months. Sevocity's team of sales, customer service professionals, and support are quite rapid.

I have recently been given more Administrative access and find it an easy learning curve and the support is superb. Looking forward to expanding my usage of the system in our growing practice.

Occasionally the program freezes up and makes it very difficult to get out of charts (sometimes need to restart the program).

We have been using this program for over a year now and it just keeps getting better and better. The support group is awesome and its all current with CMS rules and regulations.

I liked its ease of use best; in comparison to other EMR software, its ease of use ranks well.

Sometimes the updates are at odd times, and it can run a little slow, but I feel that can be expected sometimes. Otherwise I give this product an 8 out of 10.

The fact that you cannot delete permanently a record that was upload it by accident.

I also have a problem with everyone being able to get into functions that only Administrators should have, such as merging.

Overall experience is great, I will definitely recommend to other healthcare providers.

My Dr's seem to really like it. They say it helps them find the information on the patients so much easier.

I have excellent experiences with Sevocity EHR. The customer service support is great.

Function, easy to use, direct integration with the billing system.

The yearly conferences always a blast I love the one on one training and meeting all of the different users and sharing stories the trip is always FUN I would recommend sevocity to any and everyone.

After just a couple of weeks my staff has transitioned with little frustration.

Emailing within is a pain. There isn't  a history  of  sent  messages,nor  can  you  cut  and  paste.

I like how fast issues get resolved and as always they have great customer service.

It's cost efficient, I like that I don't have to pay much, AND it's cloud based.

The training is very informative. The support staff is always happy and eager to help.

Meets CMS requirements, reports are great, physicians are happy with the software. Training is always available.

If a document is scanned in error, it can't be deleted. You have to move it to another chart.

Our experience with Sevocity is amazing. They help us with anything we need and provide excellent customer service.

Currently you have to leave Dr First - go into Sevocity review the chart, plan notes and return to Dr First to complete the script. It takes more time than it should.

I have never seen this simple expandable format in  other software. I love the easily customizable menus on the exams.

Ease of getting help after hours. Ease of keeping tract of medication history.

It is easy to use, and takes care of all of my daily needs. Makes the care of patients easy.
