Customer support are airheads, it's like talking to a wall and they will no escalate major issues that cause delays in reimbursement. Tons of problems with submitting electronically. Leaving ASAP. Do not recommend.

Sold Electronic Ub-04 Billing does not do it.
Encounters get lost between software and clearinghouse.
Reimbursement issues since we switched to them.
Compugroup is too big right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.
