Pros/Cons
Pros
- Easy navigation, excellent customer service. The team is always finding ways to make keep customers happy while providing excellent customer service.
- An Absolutely beautiful looking EMR and amazing with apple products. Love the patient check in feature.
- I like usability of this vendor and the customer service that is provided along with it. I think they are a good company to go with and plus the people you deal with are nice and friendly.
Cons
- Occasional outages, worsening performance in the live claims feed for billing, and schedule performance issues recently.
- There is downtime that slows or stops practice up to 15 minutes every 3-12 weeks, which is awful. Support is not readily available as it used to be.
- Many times we are unable change a patient status from "checked in" to "in room. Nobody realizes the program glitched and the patient complains they were in the room forever.
Pros
- We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are.
- Remedly is a great choice for healthcare facilities looking to modernize their record-keeping while improving patient care.
- The on boarding team treats you like family and is vested in the growth of your practice from the get go. The platform is constantly improving and add customization and partnerships.
Cons
- But it make us worry a little because the professional can cancel the job beyond 24 hours, we will worry about if they cancel 2 days before the case, we can not find someone to cover it.
- I had a question about how to change some information that was mistakenly documented on the wrong appointment. This software is quite costly for what you get.
- Disliked everything about Remedly. It is the worst medical software I have ever used.
