Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Inexpensive, easy to use. Has the essentials. Good support.

  • The support staff try to be helpful. The clearinghouse works well enough for our small group of 6 mental health therapists. The price is almost free.

  • Cons

  • The website is not pretty but it does the trick.

  • It is an expensive software not affordable by small facilities.customer support is not fully relaxant as it is slow. One require some IT knowledge to operate it

  • I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

  • Easy to use , customer service is quick and easy to contact

  • Cons

  • The system works well, though it does take some time to get through and learn the software initially.

  • There are some functions in the claims processing that are a little confusing but the support services are great when we call the help desk in walking me through the process.
