After using this product for over a year daily I would recommend this product for medical software.

I like the ability to click many of the requirements without creating narratives.

Difficult to see the exact details of the last prescription. Unable to prescribe albuterol due to error message.

The admin features are easy to navigate. The support team is responsive as well.

I love that you can keep tract of clients and financial information on one system. I use this daily with tracking current and past patients.

I found this product hard to learn since there is so much that is offered with this. I wouldn't say it was bad just a lot of information.

Problems and issues are not fixed. The prescription interface is extremely clunky.

We have 22 stations and had to pay licensing fees of $1200 for each station. We are being charged $15,000 annually for maintenance and upgrades whether we need them or not.

The downside i see is the server and expensive licensing to maintain the servers/hardware site.
