During this time we were once hard down. Our software didn't come up at all.

We are loyal to M+ because they are dedicated to us. Their customer service is top tier.

Well worth the investment for a all in one system for PM and EHR systems.

Overall it has been good however I do think that the updates, new additions to the program should be included in the annual maintenance agreement. We pay an absorbent amount of money annually.

M+ has excellent customer service and they are always a phone call away and ready to help with your needs or find an alternative solution.

The software is a great platform to all aspects of Eye Care Portal Software.

1st of all we want with this software due tot capability to integrate directly to what seemed like a quality EHR system.

Ease of use and different uses for all the integration pieces.

User Friendly and easy to train. Claims work list makes it easy to see if there is a problem with a specific insurance carriers.

The system is relatively inexpensive, and there are many ways to customize the program to your particular needs. Fairly intuitive, and easy to teach others how to use.

It does not work well with payment clearing houses. Statements are terrible, and we are unable to change them.

I would say the largest benefit of this operating system is that they realize the necessity to stay up to date with the features they offer in order to help providers meet Meaningful Use requirements.

I feel as a user it is easy to navigate and when training a new employee it helps that it is windows friendly so they can pick it up quickly.

We have been with them now for going on 10 months with severe program issues due to lack of training and information. We schedule a training and they want to reschedule.

We have been using Management Plus for over 15 years and it just keeps getting better. The ability to customize the EHRs has been a great benefit for us.

Our experience with this software has been very good. The support staff has been phenomenal during the implementation and all through meaningful use.

I have also ask for refund of the first monthly pay as I never managed to use the softwere and still no refund given.

I like that it is customizable. The support team has adapted the system to my needs and I can even make changes myself.

Very user friendly system with lots of shortcuts to help make duplicate tasks much more streamlined. I have the GP database pre-loaded on so I don't have to manually type each GP name and address.

It is also very reasonably priced and yet it is very powerful software that is always adding features and listening to their users' feedback with regard to what new features to add.

We had some troubles with additing contract, we need to have it on profile once, but still I have this issue. Also it was a little bit difficult with invoices, but after support, now is quick.
