Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The thing I love most about this product is how easy it is for clients to use to connect with me for sessions. It runs really well.

  • I like the ability to use the service with both the website and the mobile app. Customer service has a chat feature which is very helpful and timely.

  • Cons

  • There are still a few issues we are working out, but customer service is always quick to resolve them when they come up.

  • Not sure of any for now. But if all needed buttons will show for easy accessibility it will be awesome

  • Pros

  • I loved the functionality and the ease of use...it keeps everything in one place..and can be accessed wherever you are!

  • Easy to use . Comprehensive, it does everything I need including financials. I love the SMS reminders. Excellent prompt technical support.

  • Cons

  • A little awkward to start with eg: setting up times gaps etc once done it all works so well . The price is probably high end but worth it..

  • Initially I found it cumbersome adding referrers information but this has now been improved. I also required some assistance to work out the invoicing.
