Great practice management and EMR. Ability to integrate with other systems.

As a Practice Manager I am extremely frustrated with their customer service and technical support.

Nextech support has been great and very responsive. I love the integrations with other services, Nextpatient-for example.

User friendly, customization can be done by the consumer.

NexTech EMR and PM are both very easy to use. The best part is the Help button at the top of the screen that brings you right into the practice manual if you need help with anything.

The transition was easy and we are seeing more patients in a day than we were before. Absolutely love how easy it is to use.

Very expensive you are charged for everything. EMR system can be confusing especially if you are not traditional medicine.

Everyone has been good and timely with call backs.

Its difficult to use on small handheld tablets and is too expensive for a small practice that does not have MDs in the group.

We have 22 stations and had to pay licensing fees of $1200 for each station. We are being charged $15,000 annually for maintenance and upgrades whether we need them or not.

The downside i see is the server and expensive licensing to maintain the servers/hardware site.

The inventory tracking system is helpful in tracking current cost vs previous cost and is in general very useful.

The daily notes for practitioners allow a focus on the interventions without having to change tabs to address input for the SOAP section.

Also, the reports show all clinicians and their pay, which I think is inappropriate. There needs to be a way for one clinician to see their own billing without seeing others.

Streamlined process - relatively easy to learn. Ease of accessing notes and preparing to bill was worth the cost.

Its incredibly easy to use, providing a quick means to completing your documentation. I really like the layout and ability to quickly access different accounts and PT information.

The evaluation/re-evaluations area allows for modular additions to allow a high customization without having to freehand.

Their tech support has been superb and their responses efficient and fast.

It's well worth the time and money. No one likes to change billing software, but this product made it as painless as possible.

I like the ease of billing. The vendors have been rapidly responsive to requested changes.

Documentation for Physical Therapy was terrible. Found senior management arrogant and money minded.

It becomes awkward to communicate back and forth utilizing followups only.

Plus, we were unaware that the monthly billing is lumped together for three months, and you are required to pay this in advance. The yearly service fee is also asked for in advanced.

The videos are super helpful to give an over-the-shoulder experience on how to accomplish a task.
