The reporting and the Billing Department is by far its strength. Started with GRS in Feb 2018.

Familiar with Epic, VA system, Care360, and this by far the worst I've encountered. No integration or support for Mac or iPad.

Once you develop the template it is easy to use.

The customer support is great and knowledgeable and our Customer Experience Mangers are awesome and very patient with us.

This is an integrated product with many business partners to rely on. We use the Dell cloud for our system which is has great reliability for access and download speed.

Very expensive to get a new user added, especially being a small group practice. Being charged a lot of money for monthly maintenance.

Overall product support is poor, and god forbid you need them when a problems arises. Updates break the system from Windows, Greenway, and other standard 3rd party applications.

The e-prescribing is cumbersome and time consuming, again, this may be a training issue as it was barely touched on because of all the other problems.

Overall, the product is well thought out for all areas - from check-in to check-out, billing, payments, and denials.

We have been clients since 2004 and have been very pleased. As our practice has grown, we continue to appreciate Greenway/Primesuite.

The market place is where you leave your problems. I log onto it and let them know what is not working for me.

PrimeSuite is user friendly, reliableand secure for any healthcare provider. Also, it is cost effective.

If it is not escalated, prepare for a long wait. Personally, we have been dealing with software companies for years on multiple levels, and this is the single worst user experience we have ever had.

Love Escribe, love ability to import notes, excellent library of templates from correspondence to provider notes.

The software itself is good looking with easily usable menus and modules.

I hate that the system cannot separate out (HL7) documents coming into the system by office location. They are all mixed together so that's very frustrating the bigger we get.

Greenway Prime Suite was very good it is that the Company decided they no longer wanted to support their product.

This places me at risk for HIPAA violation. When I purchased the software, before its acquisition by Greenway Health, I was promised a no cost exit with usable data.

No way to easily send out consults to referring physicians. Inability to import photos or pics of patient problems.

Greenway has proven effective solutions to ease the workflow and maintain thorough documentation throughout the practice and to provide comprehensive patient chart documentation.

They also provide a fair price, which is very much appreciated.

We have been live for three years, and the whole experience has been horrible. When we call, we are on hold for an average of two hours before we are disconnected.

I have heard horrible things about a lot of EHR systems, in fact, most of them.

This being compounded with them trying to integrate with Salesforce is proving to be a tragic move for this software company.

Cost is reasonable compared to several others out there. It isn't hard to navigate.

My previous EHR was far superior at a fraction of the cost.

The program is awkward to navigate and slow to load or go from page to page. It takes too many clicks to perform a task.

I think the Greenway service is second to none. Any problem I have is handled by a phone call or a message.

That being said, the more flexibility you have, the more confusing or harder it can be to grasp all the different possibilities.

Great customer service and easy to work with. Greenway provides an excellent patient portal that our patients enjoy using to remain in contact with our office.

Great, easy software looks up to date & not old like other products. I've been using it for almost 5.

Poor customer support have had loggin delays every morning for months contacted Customer service they were not able to resolve the issue.

Ease of use and the intuitiveness in using it. We have a customer experience manager, we can call her at any time with questions and she helps us out, she is very helpful.

If you just run with the basics without modifying it for yourself, you will be frustrated and wasting your time and money.

Lack of integration with the labs; almost everybody else has them. If you copy and paste from Word, the format it creates is awful, making the documents difficult to read and follow.

Clinical templates make it very easy for me to document. Billing is tightly integrated.

I appreciate the Knowledge Base feature for information and Contact Support feature for prompt assistance. The Report tool has become a favorite for providing clear data to the providers/owners.

Getting started was frustrating. Once you sign the contract, the customer service team stop replying to emails.

I have used the most expensive to the free versions of other software companies, both in private practice and in hospital. I find Valant the finest product I have used.

It is comprehensive and makes billing quick and easy. It is customizable to individual needs in many ways.

Poor customer service, promises to update - eg the FireFox platform was current when Reagan was still president - unfulfilled, and the general visual formatting and intuitive use is underwhelming.

This situation is both unfortunate and unnecessary. It is frankly not the cost of the EHR that will cause me to move on, but the lack of concern for my needs or the needs of the patients I treat.

However, Valant has been effective at integrating the billing/reporting features with the every day work flow creating increased ease of use.

Valant is a clinically comprehensive and sound software that is intuitive to practitioners and user-friendly.

I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with customer service at valant.

I like the record appointment feature. The billing tab is SO HELPFUL.

Problem is it rejects nearly every claim, which causes backups. My providers complain about how complicated notes were, I have lost sever providers because of it.

Efficiency is a big deal for me and Valant helps me improve efficiency every day. I'm very appreciative of the quality of Valant support.
