  • Pros

  • Easy to Navigate, ability to move freely from EMR to Billing Feature. I love the Tabular reports which help in troubleshooting when staff has problems, also customer service is great.
  • I feel that this product is easy to understand and is easy to use. I have a fantastic trainer.
  • Cons

  • We were never able to use the fax inbox for both our locations; it only worked at one location, even after several attempts by the technician and costly IT expenses.
  • Also, technical support is very difficult; communication is not always clear, it can be confusing, and we do not always receive timely responses to our needs.

  • Ease of use, especially when it populates automatically the demographics of our clients. The cost of the software was very reasonable, to be able to test it our for free was great.
  • It's quick,easy,affordable and best of all ,it's a veteran and family owned business.I would recommend this software to any working professional or business owners.
  • Cons

  • I have had trouble with using the ledger which is an add on.
  • If you change fields in the code section, prices (in multiple units) and totals do not recompute, causing costly errors.
