This product has been great for our company. It doesn't yet have all of the features we would like or the amount of modifications we would like to make to things like intake forms.

The only big drawback is the lack of a therapist compensation function that would eliminate the work involved in therapists invoicing me and having to check those invoices.

I like some of the customizations that I can put in with the emails. Booking appointments is easy and I like that the charting is available to use as well.

Easy to learn management software for Massage Therapists.

The email reminders for patients appointments is a great feature. The ease of use for the charting and calendar is fantastic.

Easy to use and integrate on various platforms. Works well for the physiotherapy clinic I am assisting with web development.

I sometimes don’t change and when I open the page and things are different, it’s frustrating. I am a visual person and it’s frustrating.

It's easy to maneuver around and I enjoy the recent updates.

No need to have a filing cabinet. And losing sensitive medical notes.

The dual ability of being able to draw on the pics is pretty neat as well.

Online booking can get confusing on how to set up. It's a pain that text reminders is an additional fee even though it's free with trial.

Patient cannot reply to their reminder text. Should be a simple feature to add, but I have had lost messages (even though I’ve customized the message to say “do not reply”).

I've been using the system for 3 days, I started on a trial basis BUT have found it so easy to set up and love the ability to draw on the SOAP notes that I've signed up way before the trial is over.

Overall it has been a great experience with quick responses to our issues and support in set up to get our staff up to speed on functioning with this software.

The linking of calendars seems to be the most difficult for some reason. I have tried but it only links one way.

Always exceeds my expectations. I am so thankful it is an affordable product for someone like me with such a small business.

It also produces professional looking receipts. The ability to access financial reports makes life so much easier.

Poor training protocol with system changes and implementation. Difficult to get prompt and concise answers to customer service issues.

Plus, the inability of the implementation team to export/import our data was a major blow.

The deployment was horrible with an abundance of inaccurate entries which interfered with billing. Billing team in general is incompetent.

Use of Smart Text which are mini-templates allow faster and more flexible note creation, not locking one in to use of specific templates.

My only complaint would be the interface issues that we sometimes have with our practice manager software.

The encounters are organized as a traditional history and physical or SOAP note (the way the medical record SHOULD BE). The messaging system seems awkward.

User friendly, quick, easy to use, overall I like the system. Easy to access to pt info, makes my job easier to do.

Innovation has been consistent, and the product is faster and more capable today than yesterday. The product is intuitive and easy to use.

We have stuck with Chartlogic through many changes in personnel, strategies, product development processes. We were early adopters attracted to the voice recognition feature that is outstanding.

The only con I have about this product is that it is sometimes hard to navigate between the screens.

Their customer service people are fantastic. The product gets the job done and has most features I like.

This means you are months behind known issues which means months of dealing with angry staff and surgeons.

Worked with other EMRs and you are not allowed to custimize templates of office notes or progress notes. Can custimize Folders for scanned documents.
