  • Pros

  • This product has been great for our company. It doesn't yet have all of the features we would like or the amount of modifications we would like to make to things like intake forms.
  • I like some of the customizations that I can put in with the emails. Booking appointments is easy and I like that the charting is available to use as well.
  • Cons

  • The only big drawback is the lack of a therapist compensation function that would eliminate the work involved in therapists invoicing me and having to check those invoices.
  • I sometimes don’t change and when I open the page and things are different, it’s frustrating. I am a visual person and it’s frustrating.

  • This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.
  • Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.
  • Cons

  • Too much is going on on the screens at once, and your eyes have trouble adjusting.
  • Poor training protocol with system changes and implementation. Difficult to get prompt and concise answers to customer service issues.
