Pros/Cons
Pros
- Treatment plans and Progress Notes are awesome features, and the reports that we can create, are of great help.
- Overall pretty great product and service and seems to be a company that is focused on development and growth of the product and customer service experience.
- It looks great, the implementation of Wiley planner is fantastic, and it gets the job done. The color scheme is nice (it looks pretty).
Cons
- This program is grossly insufficient for billing purposes and the representative even told us that it wasn't created for billing which makes me feel even worse. You don't listen to our suggestions.
- After charging me an insanely high fee for managed billing, they refused to refund the deposit after I canceled the service with no services yet provided.
- They blame a third party that they choose and put absolutely no effort and extremely poor customer service to resolve this issue.
Pros
- I also love how fast and effective the customer support is. they are always very positive and helpful and patient.
- My overall experience with TherapyNotes has been great. They have done an amazing job creating this software.
- Integrated billing with easy set-up, easy to use, great customer support, affordable pricing, decent clinical forms, generates good reports.
Cons
- The bad: They consistently refuse to provide the simplest of features requested by their users. I am intentionally using the word "refuse" because it is clearly a choice made by TN.
- If you have a problem, they spend hours blaming you. When that’s not the problem, they escalate and/or refer to the “development team.
- In February, when I was warned of a charge pending for lack of compliance, I called Therapy Notes. They then told me it WAS required.
