Great for smaller offices

Overall experience has been very positive for our start up clinic with 2 providers and 3 rehab techs.

PROS

Very easy to set up and configure. Templates are straightforward. Very affordable and good claims processing team. Online booking is great.

CONS

Schedule management for team is not easy to adjust for time off or flex schedules. Audit trail of who adjusted appointments and when is not there. Reporting needs a lot of development - but it's coming.

Reason for choosing zHealth

zHealth customer service was and is great over email. Their pricing is very affordable and the EMR/EHR is simple and easy to use.

Valued Input

I've used other EHR systems throughout my career in medical and dental billing and zHealth is by far the most versatile and user friendly!!

PROS

I enjoy the fact that we are able to pass on input to the software engineers and updates happen based on our feedback, you can tell that they really value the customers input.

CONS

I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.

Reasons for switching to zHealth

When we opened our new clinic we new we had to get away from ChiroTouch. It is only good for Chiropractors, it is horrible for Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist or anyone working Front Desk, Billing or Admin.

Buyer Beware, do not sign the contract. It is all down hill from there. 6 months to Customize SOAP.

Terrible experience. Trying to switch to this product was a disaster and they don't care. I would never recommend this company. In my 23 years in practice I have been primarily with two companies prior to trying ZHealth. Timely support was lacking with Zhealth. They seem to be short staffed as they can't get anything done in a reasonable time frame, and because you can't customize yourself, you are sunk. Customizations were promised but non-existent. Once they get your money they neglect your needs as a client, because you have pre-paid and stuck in a contract.Read the other bad reviews. From my experience I believe they are accurate. I would not do business with this company. They did not care about me as a client.One time during a demo , on a shared screen I saw the salesman log into another client Doctors office without his knowledge. I asked about this, and how if I signed up with Zhealth that they would not access my site without my knowledge or consent each time they entered my site. Seeing this made me uneasy about office and patient privacy and confidentiality.After being with this company for 8-9 weeks I did not feel I could rely on them or trust them long term as I could not believe how poorly they supported their clients.

PROS

Nothing. They promise to fully customize the software SOAP notes and the patient digital intake was the enticing sales pitch. Then after you sign the contract and pay for a year up front you find out they don't really care if you are ever able to launch the software for your office, or get your customizations done in a timely manner. You end up paying for software that you can not use.

CONS

Do not sign the contract with this company.You can not customize this software yourself. You are fully dependent on the development team whom you can not contact directly. You have to go through support which involves opening a ticket. Then they tell you everything is on hold and they don't seem to have enough staff to get your work done. Customization's can take up to or possibly beyond six months to complete. The stock templates are terrible.If you leave Zhealth after a period of time you have no long term access to your previous patient notes and records in the system unless you agree to pay them $40 per month forever to access those records.

Reason for choosing zHealth

I decided to stay with Eclipse because it is a far better software and company than Zhealth. I have been using Eclipse for 8 years with no major issues, and support is always available.

Reasons for switching to zHealth

I was sold on the idea that Zhealth would be faster, automate more processes, was cloud based, and save time, but I was misled. It was going to be slower and less efficient than what I am currently using.Eclipse is a far better software. The company stands behind their product. Live support is always available, and the company has always been fair, ethical and timely in their treatment of me as a client. I am glad I did not cancel my Eclipse service prior to trying to transition to ZHealth.

zHealth within a Multi-disciplinary Chiropractic Office

Our check in/check out process + appointment booking is fast and efficient. I've been most impressed by the customer service we have received from the zHealth team!

PROS

Integrating zHealth into our Sports Chiropractic facility was a breeze! We had a few demo calls with zHealth prior to implementation and we were impressed by the layout, online booking capabilities and billing functions. Since switching to zHealth, they have released their POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is easy and straightforward, it has saved our billing department a lot of time and energy. We enjoy the fact that patients/clients can book with multiple providers in the office and can either do so with our front desk or online. zHealth also offers automatic appointment reminders, virtual intake forms and patient communication options.

CONS

There are a few features that our office would love to see... in depth CRM (client relations management) data and patient reporting + additional customizable options for SOAP notes.

Mindbody was more gym/fitness based and didn't offer billing, EHR

Reasons for switching to zHealth

We moved from a 1 room facility with 2 computer stations to a 5+ room office with 8+ computer stations and needed flexibility with a web-based system. At the time, ChiroTouch was outdated.
