Every interaction that we have had with Daxko Support has been positive, prompt and courteous. They go out of their way to expeditiously find solutions to any problem with strong follow through.

The layout of the web page was difficult to navigate.

From time to time I had complaints from members about the complicated process of enrolling in one of my Daxko programs.

Great for companies that need a membership software.

I love the easy reports. I can find a revenue amount on any product we offer for a period of time within seconds.

Nice database of members,  easy to use. Can find anything you want very easily.

It is user friendly for both employees and customers. It is easy to go between tabs and return for additional information.

Also, the Daxko Ops interface with our web site is downright awful for users trying to log in or conduct searches - although they are working on that.

Every site has its own log in, features are not easy to figure out and reports are difficult to build.

I recommend this software to all of my colleagues because of the ease of use and the self-paced online training that is perfect for on-boarding.

Overall positive experience. Daxko Operations is easy to navigate and use even for someone who is not computer savvy.

It doesn’t allow for many short cuts, or deleting of a product once you have created it.

The software itself does not hold data so it is difficult to look back on metrics a year (or sometimes) a few months later.

It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.

It's like having our own people but at an affordable monthly rate.

It is very user friendly and easy to teach new employees how to use the Daxko Operations. We rely heavily on part-time employees to enroll memberships and programs and provide customer information.

From the accounting world I came from, we used a business version of Quickbooks. This is way different but is very effective.

Overall it has pros and cons as do any software programs. There are some things I like more than our previous system & some things aren't as good but overall I'm satisfied with it.

I HATE the transaction record. I make a lot of corrections & changes regarding our childcare program & the transaction record can get so long that it's practically impossible to decipher anything.

Daxko is a great company to serve our YMCA operations. We especially appreciate their quick customer service team.

Tracks our childcare data required for State Licensing, tracks our programs, camps, registrations and payments. We run our Fundraising campaigns out of Daxko Operations as well.

It manages all membership information well. It is able to be user friendly for desk staff.

I do like the ease of training new employees. I think it is a fluid design.

There is a pretty in depth help website, customer service is responsive, and the concierge support services are overall very beneficial to learning the system.

Internet based so I can access the software easily from anywhere, on any device. That is so helpful when dealing with part-time and seasonal employees that need help while I am out of the office.

It is also very logical and easy to figure out as the Daxko Help Center has a lot of self training so users can learn as much or as little as they want.

Daxko routinely updates their software and their Daxko Community Help Center has a vast amount of articles that are also helpful.

Daxko is easy to learn how to use. Also, it's good that access can be given or blocked to different users on an as-needed basis.

I find Daxko operations to be user friendly and easy to navigate. If I do have any questions or concerns the customer service center is quick to respond and always helps find the answers.

Perhaps the best part of Daxko is the shared community experience. Daxko users are very generous with their help, information and process documentation.

My favorite feature is actually the people behind the software - customer service and the engineers as they always help when I need it, they listen to features I need and create them.

First of all, their customer service is AMAZING.

The customer support is really good. Very responsive and goes the extra mile.

The pricing tiers are rather odd as there's no middle ground.

Super happy almost 2 years using it and I'm so so happy.

3 Come for the software, stay for the people. Not only are the staff extremely good at what they do but so are the leaders.

You can text contacts, but notifications of text messages in reply are virtually no existent.

Excellent product, quick to respond to service issues.

I have never seen such quick, helpful, and NICE customer service EVER until Ontraport.

It is very glitchy, it is not supported by people like driftflow, zapier, optin monster to name a few, the sales order process is horrible. Support is via e-mail only which can get really frustrating.

Email campaigns were difficult to execute. Just a long laundry list of problems.

Easy to use, support is great. Not as good as Hupspot but much more affordable.

They have an effective customer support system and are always there to render any possible assistance whenever I experience any issue.

Ease of use, a great tool for all my marketing and automation. You have to try it to really understand.

We love that these systems help to streamline everything from client onboarding to actually billing our clients monthly.

Pricing isn't the easiest to understand. Not enough native integrations.

For example, it may take 6 or 7 mouse clicks to create a basic task whereas past services I've used required only 2 or 3. This is extremely frustrating in terms of productivity.

The biggest issue - the one that caused me to cancel almost immediatly - was the fact that you can't put bullet lists into emails.

The Email template builder is a pretty nice plus - this was something we really wanted in a CRM, although it could use some work. HTML editor for emails is available.

Good task management abilities along with contact management services. The support is simply best in class and the Facebook support group is stellar.

It's super powerful and has a lot of extensions via Zapier. The live chat contact support is AWESOME.

After my first (kind-of) set up call, I just stopped doing it because I was told everything I had been doing (for the last 10 years) was old, wrong, and shoddy.

All of my customer service interactions were fabulous.

Ontraport is amazing - its vast number of features means it can supercharge your business.

I love the automation component of Ontraport also.

Bad email formatting - lead tracking - customer support - interface.

It's very logical and user friendly, as long as you are clear with each step of your process that you are wanting to automate, it will be likely super intuitive for you.

Good value for money compared to CRMs and platforms with similar functionality.

That single decision (moved to aweber) more than doubled our open rates & cut our billing by more than 70.
