This is, of course a pro for those associations. Unfortunately, the lack of permissions within the system forces associations to rely on TCS' staff to make any changes to web design.

I love the large images, the integration with Map Dynamics and overall feel of the site. It gives us a very professional look on a not-for-profit budget.

Their new upgrade feature lets us know about their most recent tweaks - and we never have to dig into our savings to pay for the newest version or worry about becoming technologically out of date.

What I like best is the ease of use of the Memberplanet application. Memberplanet is extremely user friendly.

MemberPlanet's all in one dynamic platform is AMAZING and their customer service is a dream. Their service team is truly there to help your organization use MemberPlanet to the fullest.

The tools for building a site and administering your group look awesome. I've set up a Box account (which is used for its document management capabilities) and the integration works great.

Nicole designed a beautiful banner. MemberPlanet helped me not only set up a great website for our booster club but also helped design and manage  a major capital campaign for us.

Inability to manage members by bulk. Absolutely terrible tech support or responsiveness to customer needs.

I have been trying to bring an existing group online and have run into one problem after the next. It was almost impossible to predict these issues when assessing our vendor options.

Previously we used several websites to manage our booster clubs along with donations, membership, sponsorships, email and text message. This was often very frustrating as team coordinator.

We even created a donation form that was used for our guests to donate money as a gift towards funds for our trip. Customer service was great too.

Reporting features can be delayed making accounting reconciliation a nightmare. Also, this database does not let you include someone without an email.

Customer service is friendly, helpful, fast and responsive. The reporting features are excellent which makes the reconciliation process so much easier from a accounting prospective.

We are a very small company and found the pricing very affordable and absolutely love all the features this platform offers.

Its perfect for nonprofit organization. The donation campaign setup easy and quick with using the built in templates.

Compared several products prior to signing up with Member Planet. It has fulfilled what we needed to it initially and has been a very good end-user experience to those wanting to donate to our cause.

Customer Service was Excellent and the page is set up nice. I was excited to find a website like this one.

Difficult to use, cluttered, outdated and very expensive. Cost went from $15 for lower package to $50 out of the blue.

Overall, I had high hopes and possibly within the next 6 months (I've been using inside of 2 months) it will improve.
