  • Pros

  • Very user friendly even a non-tech individual can navigate without fail. Support is at your finger tips with a very rapid response time.
  • Ease of progress notes, treatment planning and assignments attached to treatment plans along with easy updates within the plan, and discharge plan/ summary are simple.
  • Cons

  • Skips over some number inputs and forces you to type it again. Cannot delete communication logs if an error is made.
  • Time consuming for administrators. Alleva struggled with the flow of the roll out within our business.

  • Pros

  • I like that templates can be saved and reused. That is helpful for quickly completing progress notes after seeing a client.
  • I used it for a very small, very part-time practice mostly to have a paper trail for about a half dozen clients should they want receipts for payment.
  • Cons

  • I'm a little worried for when my old laptop dies.
  • At times I have messed on and needed to correct a claim or payment but to do this you have to delete the service and then start all over.
