Rethink has been a greta asset to our company. We have has a wonderful experience but there are some improvements that need to be made.

I first began using rethink in 2017, I have been consistently impressed with its software capabilities and enhancements throughout the years.

The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.

For my uses, I find it very hard to use the system.

Our use of Rethink has been positive, however at times it takes quite some time to communicate via telephone with representatives.
