Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • easy to use, innovative, fun, and makes the administrative burden of mentoring no longer an issue.

  • I appreciate the features such as customizable profiles, mentoring connection plan, survey and reporting capability. I love the user interface and it is very easy to navigate.

  • Cons

  • The software is slightly confusing to use upon setup, but Chronus will provide appropriate support.

  • There are some great reports built into the system that allow users to gauge the overall health of the program. I would love it if there could be a bit more flexibility with the design.

  • Pros

  • I appreciate the ease of navigation on the website; also the newly created App is a bonus!

  • Ease of use. We use mentoring complete to manage internal development of our entire team. Everyone loves the user interface and the communications facilitated by the platform

  • Cons

  • There have been a few glitches in migrating data from one session to the next. However, IT support is prompt and very helpful.

  • Initially the reporting features to retrieve life long data was limited. It has since improved and we are looking forward to even more improvements as time moves along.
