They generally say that everything can be done, and they discuss as a team how to give us what we need. The software is pretty user friendly.

The ease of use and setup was fantastic, but, the one think that I like the absolute most about Member365 is their dedicated support staff.

From the very start the supporting staffs were so lovely, patient and helpful - especially patient.

Member365 replaced a completely archaic and inadequate system for us, and in that sense is a major step forward in analytics, event management and most reporting.

The customer service is great and they are helpful during each step of the process. The cost seems reasonable and they are willing to negotiate regarding certain features.

Support is readily available and their suggestions are helpful. Setup had many layers but they are quite straightforward and help was available when I wasn't sure.

We asked them to download all of our data and they currently have no way to do that, that's awful.

So excited they now have a chat function. We run our Member365 only with volunteers, and not all of them are that tech savvy, so it's great to have the extra help when you need it.

Our most successful part of the software has been the Continuing Education (CE) portal. It took a few extra weeks to get exactly what we wanted, but it was worth it.

Really liking how contacts are managed so far. We are still in the set-up phase, so haven't had a chance to test out too many features yet.

It easy to use, modern and has a lot of functionality.

Looking forward to continuing to work with Member365 and I would recommend that other recreational sport groups give it a try.

It is a decent product at a realistic price for many non-profits, and hopefully it will mature further as new features are added.

I LOVE the fact that this software does not have to be integrated with website services.

User customization is still restricted, roles and responsibility access, as currently there only two roles.

This was an amazing platform for our annual fundraiser. In the pandemic we were not able to hold our event in person, so someone recommended that we try Pay Bee to bring our event virtual.

There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.

PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.

It was also a little confusing to see who had bid and who hadn't bid on items. MAybe a running bid sheet.

From start to finish, the customer support made learning how best to use PayBee much easier than it would have been with a company with lesser service.

We had a terrific experience with Paybee and appreciated how simple and straightforward it was.

They provided excellent, personal customer service and really helped us stay on track. Their support made me feel so much better about learning and feeling confident in using the software.
