I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

This software is great because I can submit proposals and save information that I repeatedly enter for multiple proposals.

The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.

It's a great tool with so many features and it's easy to use. I would recommend to anyone in the events planning industry.

The only downside I see currently is the cost. It is a little more expensive than as a team we would prefer, but you get what you pay for.

I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.

The convoluted process to do many tasks within the platform is frustrating for everyone (literally everyone) in our organization who has used it for the past six years.

Account managers are well-versed in the product, full of best practices, and great to work with.

This is a great solution for anyone planning multiple events, especially larger ones. It would be a little pricey for a smaller event though.

I love that I can save templates for all of my registration pages which saves me so much time throughout the day. The new FLEX registration pages are so clean and fresh and easy to update as needed.

Customer service is outstanding and the ability to customize different user experiences is appreciated.

We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.

Overall, it is great to have it for me as worker from event services sector but price is great obstacle.

The software can be a costly option compared to others in the marketplace and therefore prohibitive for some organizations.

Great tool to register customers for events and gather all pertinent info in one place. Air actuals and integration is amazing.

I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.

All in all, the software is extremely helpful and pretty easy to use.

I loved that this software made it easy for the attendees at our world convention to have a one-stop app to see all the events we had going on, where they were, and interact with others.

The brand name appealed and the supplier searching abilities but overall not a good program for the money. They overcharge and much better competitors out there.

Ability to seamlessly integrate with on site solutions. Cvent has also helped us be able to pivot from in-person events to virtual events with ease.

Ease of use on smartphone, ability to refund attendees with a simple click. Reports and tracking post event were useful.

Overall, Cvent is great to work with we have wonderful account staff that is willing to work with us and support our processes.

I use this software from the supplier side and is efficient, effective and provides me with what I need to be successful.

I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.

This makes things seamless, integrates well w other capabilities and I think is user friendly once you are comfortable w the platform.

It's so easy and fun to use. The reporting abilities are a life saver too.
