We still have to pay for the Keystone software for this feature alone.

Many of our married/partner constituents are both very involved with Habitat. Charityproud makes it hard to track these as a unit.

Their pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive. Overall, we've been very happy with Charityproud.

The one feature I am struggling with is the custom form option.

I also like the price and small readily available customer service team.

It's easy to see how someone has been involved over a period of time. I love the ability to see the whole picture of a constituent and their continued involvement with our organization.

The reports feature is confusing with little information on each report type.

There was also an issue when uploading email addresses for the RSVPs-- some of these were lost. Having a template to download and then fill in would be helpful to avoid this issue.

PayBee was very easy to use. The best part is that the PayBee team is SO supportive and helpful.

It was also a little confusing to see who had bid and who hadn't bid on items. MAybe a running bid sheet.

From start to finish, the customer support made learning how best to use PayBee much easier than it would have been with a company with lesser service.
