Overall our experience with VolunteerMatters has been great and what really stands out is customer service of the VolunteerMatters team.

An added benefit is being able to better track various aspects of the many projects we have going during our busy seasons.

Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.

Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.

I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.

The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.

This goes beyond shifts and positions and will allow us to reach more people with our mission message.

We recently upgraded to the newest version of VolunteerMatters and we LOVE how easy it is for volunteers to use. The software is clean and simple.

Setting up new projects is easy once you get the hang of it and you have control over what and when volunteers can see in the system.

This is a very straightforward donor platform. It is easy to use and if help is ever needed for our donation or event pages, customer service is immediately available.

I especially appreciated being able to make changes day of when we had an opportunity to do a silent auction right away. Text message communication was terrific for us.

The native Salesforce integration is a HUGE plus for us. The Stripe integration was very simple to set up as well.

The main benefit of this system is the personalized support and service received. Unlike most other corporate systems, Hellofund is backed by a real person who knows you and your nonprofit.

He saved the day for our event and checked in throughout the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly. He trained our team so well and answered every question we could think of.

We have used HelloFund for our past two fundraising campaigns that we hold in conjunction with our annual Tackle Pet Hunger pet food drive.

The fact that HelloFund has native integrations with our payment processor (Stripe) and CRM (Salesforce) added additional value to their simple-to-use fundraising platform.

It is great to build pages for campaigns, tickets or general donation that are east to add to our website and embed into our mass emails.

It is very easy to use and is being improved upon regularly. For fundraising, it offers the donor to cover the cost of the transaction.

What I like more about this software is that it is so simple to use.

I don't like that you can't really edit and customize to your brand.

Having easy access to real people for support is my absolute favorite. The Hello Fund team is very quick to respond and scheduling meetings with them is a breeze.
