I don't use it on a daily basis like I have in the past, but I'm pleased to still see additions to service over time, and efforts being made to make the system more user friendly and more useful.

The management of member information is integrated with Rotary International, and allows for easy communication across the District because contact details are automatically maintained.

At times it has been confusing, mostly due to my limited knowledge of computers.

Having the ability to manage our website, our member communications and e-newsletter all in one place is great. Attendance with integration to Rotary International is another time saver.

I had a problem with the switch from previous version in continuity with the bulletin editing, had to learn to do it all over again.

Previews are misleading. When previewing, you get a item/page stand-alone preview, not a merged master page, draft page preview.

If the site elements do not move forward the site becomes stagnate very quickly. The integration with RI is wonderful.

Clubrunner is a good tool for Club management, it is easy to use and very user friendly. It is worth the money spent on it.

The absoultely amazing support staff is always friendly, helpful, good listeners (even when you are having a bad day totally unrelated to technology!) and open to new ideas for the system.

Generally, I am very pleased with ClubRunner. I'm glad all the clubs in my district use it too.

But the integration with the district and RI is great and for someone with ZERO web design ability or experience I was able to put together a very nice looking and functioning page.

When dealing with both versions I have learned the differences but when instructing others I often get confused and give instructions based upon District version to Club users.

ClubRunner is especially suited for Rotary Clubs and Districts with a solid membership integration with Rotary International.

In the last few years ClubRunner has vastly improved ease of use and added very useful features. Their tech support group is very responsive.

Club Runner is mostly intuitive and easy to use.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Wonderful people and have kept us loyal as a result of their great customer service.

It has a few odd quirks in unexpected places - backend modules can be a little cumbersome.

It is a very good, cost effective, software designed with a clear understanding of Rotary and capable of application world wide.

In some cases, the software slows downs or stops working when undertaking more than two tasks.

Captures all member data and synch's with Rotary International. Good for Club Bulletin and mass emails.

Everything is a PRO for Club Runner. I really enjoy it's  Flexible, the professional look, Ease of Use and it's friendliness with power users.

Excellent customer service in my experience, very quick to respond to my questions.

But I think that this is mostly due to a lack of exposure to computing rather than a high degree of difficulty in using the software.

My own experience (and that of others) is that it takes a while to get comfortable with the software and to understand how powerful and far reaching  it is.

It's constantly being improved to make the software more user friendly and the software, user friendly.

The ease with which SignUpGenius uses it great. Creating an event and having our people sign up is very easy and very streamlined.

The ads can be somewhat annoying. Sometimes the confirmation emails I receive accidentally go to my Spam folder and some people don't think to check that location.

Great way to get people to sign up to help or donate food. The ease of using this on a computer or on your cell phone.

This is working well for us right now but we would eventually like an online sign-up solution that integrates with a volunteer schedule.

Very easy to use and a great site to send out to the community. It gets great response from the public with lots of positive feedback.

I liked that I could integrate this into my google forms.

Some parents complain that it's too difficult to use but I believe that is user error.

I am very pleased with the basic features I need to sign up for simple events. It is very user friendly which is especially important since my audience is primarily those over 50.

I wish there was a drag and drop feature for when you are making sign ups. Sometimes I am confused about who to add more slots or how to organize the sign up.

My piano studio has realized the benefit of using this software to attract more people to us who want music lessons and want to attend community music events.

There have been some issues where people have had problems getting signed in and were unable to respond to events.

As an Orientation Leader, I used this app to clearly state which shifts I would be responsible for and to see who else I would be working with on that shift. I love how I can confirm tasks with ease.

Same as any other websites, this site sometimes lags and students complain that it's stuck or not working.

This has been great to ensure that we don't have too many of the same item (such as jello casserole, lol).

I am able to to get my refund back that I contributed to my son's soccer team. It was $150 contribution so it's nice to get that back.
