Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The giving side is very easy and the notifications are good

  • It is very user friendly, and the customer support has always been first rate.

  • Cons

  • It's look is very simple and low-tech. The main page is a little clunky looking and the menus aren't always clear.

  • CtG functions too much like a GoFund Me asking everyone to create a page and crowdfund for the organization. Probably not best suited for churches, but rather missions, and other causes.

  • Pros

  • The program is easy to use. I like the browser interface versus the desk top version as it is more modern and you can work off site.

  • Very easy to use as compared with other CRMs that I've tried. Friendly customer service. Very happy to have cloud based option to check when I'm out of the office.

  • Cons

  • The transition to the new software was a bit rocky but we were transferring information from several other platforms.

  • Navigating from one feature to another could be more user-friendly, and the search function has some limitations.
