Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the functionality and adaptability of it to a variety of needs, and the customer support is amazing.

  • I love that I can get help when I need it. I love that my team with work with me to make sure I am happy.

  • Cons

  • The website editing tools were my least favorite feature but customer service was really helpful with figuring them out.

  • Complicated, unique terminology, customer support is difficult to reach through appointment only, hours are not convenient to those living overseas.

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, set up and price. We were able to set up our donor page ourselves - very easy.

  • I liked the easy use and has several cool options for programs that we need for the non for profit.

  • Cons

  • This is our first data management that we’ve used so I’m not sure what would be missing.

  • Keela is great for what we need but still lacks many necessary features other software programs offer.
